What we do
Community-development specialists from the Bulgarian partner draft a shared concept: stakeholder mapping, public-forum formats and the structural documents (network rules, ethical guidelines, online communication formats). Each partner then convenes a public forum and formalises an intersectoral network tailored to its region.
Target group
Local administrations, civil society, educational institutions and business representatives in each partner region — and the at-risk groups whose problems the networks address.
Objectives
Establish sustainable local intersectoral partnerships to protect the rights of people with fewer opportunities.
Expected results
3 local networks established · public forums in each region · adopted structural and ethical documents.
