What we do
Twelve monthly online coordination meetings held via Zoom, equally distributed between the three partners (four each). A two-person management team from each organisation steers activity coordination, internal monitoring and decision-making between meetings.
Target group
Project managers, coordinators and management teams from the three partner organisations.
Objectives
Ensure sound governance, continuous information flow and timely decision-making across the consortium.
Expected results
12 documented meetings · agreed agendas and minutes · operational management team active throughout the project.
