What we do
Two complementary seminars deliver the training programme to NGO workers, community leaders and local-institution representatives. Six participants from Bulgaria and North Macedonia travel to Germany for four days; three German participants plus two trainers complete the cohort. A second online seminar extends reach beyond the consortium.
Target group
Organisational workers, community informal leaders and representatives of local institutions and stakeholders.
Objectives
Prepare a first cohort of trainers ready to implement democratic practices through digital tools in their communities.
Expected results
1 in-person seminar in Germany · 1 online seminar · trained cohort of multipliers across the three countries.
